1975-076B (#08128) Cosmos 756 RB

SPACECOM'S 6 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Sept 06, 03:48 UTC shows
the decay on 06 September, 09:53 UTC +/- 04 hours (31.3N, 286.4E)
on a northbound pass over the Atlantic near the American coast.

MPM+ REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01249.040... and 01249.100... the decay on
                       06 September, 10:31 UTC +/- 22 minutes (02.38S, 92.07E)
on a descending pass over the Indian Ocean.
This is a first order result but it indicates that there is a real possibility
to see something if the RB survice the 09:53 UTC mark. The final trajectory
could start on 09:52 UTC (39.17N, 72.46W) and leave the continent on
09:57 UTC (59.17N, 65.97W). Around 09:53 UTC there could be a visibility from
the New York area.
