Mir Close Encounter?

I have run the program "COLA" for upcoming close passes for the Mir
Complex and have turned up the following.

On Sept. 15, 1997 at 20:33:30.1 UT, the Mir Complex may come within 3 km
of an object #23101 (MSTI 2) of RCS 1.2 sq m.

Is this calculated close encounter significant or just nothing?
As the Mir is traveling at about 7 km/sec. then the margin for error is
about 0.5 sec.

I do not have a good appreciation for the acceptable tolerances in these
matters but I just thought I would mention it.
