    The program accepts values of latitude North and longitude East,
    both in decimal degrees. This means if you want to enter South or
    West values you have to input negative values (example, longitude
    118.5 W will be -118.5).
    However, you can also set your location simply by double clicking
    on the Google Map. Every time you double click, the zoom increases
    so that you can set you location with better accuracy.
    The system will remember your position so you don’t have to do this
    every time you open the program.
