    I think this might be 84-113B, an Anik satellite.
    More speculative is my suggestion that the Bob Christy unidentified
    might be USA125 (96-38A).
    
    Last time I looked both ISS and Shenzhou module were orbiting 15.7413
    times a day. Is this significant?
