Seen very easily in 10 x 50 binoculars over bright downtown Tulsa buildings.
Was a little earlier than search set I was using (thanks Ted!) but still
very easily found in Cepheus. Later noted Heaven's Above with new elset
matched my observation perfectly (thanks Chris!). Followed it across the low
N until it nearly "hit" a mag 4.0 star (HIP70497) which it nearly matched in
brightness. It had been brighter earlier at better phase angle, so I would
estimate 3.5 mag at best, steady and bright like a junior version of a low N
    ISS pass.
