96038C was a dim 10.5mag and dimmer at times. Started 2 degrees from Tarazed
for my start and marked 1 point soon after I found it, I think I picked the
correct close double. I tracked it for almost 8 minutes. At 01.15.04.35 UTC
I marked a point between 2 stars same approx 8.2 mag 2/10 degree apart that
also had a very bright star in FOV, but have not been able to id the 8.2 mag
    stars.
