    Report time: 10:00 UTC

    2005-039B (#28878) Soyuz - RB

    MPM + REENTRY delívers with the ELSETs 05276.610... - 05276.992... (SFX 078, ap 007)
    the decay on:
    4 October, 04:04 UTC +/- 11 minutes (45.95°N, 42.75°E) ascending over South Russia.

Space-Track has released again two FINALS. The last one - prepared 4 Oct, 07:21 UTC -
    shows the decay on:
    4 October, 04:01 UTC -/- 01 minutes (45°N, 40°E) also ascending north of
the Black Sea. (Rough co-ords given by Space-Track!)

Remarks: The Soyuz RB showed a smooth decay behaviour also a consequence of
the quiet SFX and ap environment. Look on our released 24 HOURS BEFORE DECAY data:
    - 04:20 UTC (MPM) and 04:37 UTC (SPACE-TRACK) - Not bad.....
