Re: Saw a NOSS for the first time

Friday evening (May 31 local time), the NOSS 2-3 trio was
visible from here without magnification for most of the
pass -- seen from BCRC (30.315N, 97.866W, 280m), which is
a suburban site. Last night at the time of the pass the
sky conditions were partly cloudy, and the trio was much
harder to see without binoculars. As I've noticed in the
past, it seems that at least from here one-power
observations of NOSS trios are more likely on southbound
evening passes.
