A new launch attempt will be made tomorrow 14 Feb at 20:43 UT. This elset is an
estimate for the first revolution:

CYGNUS NG-13
1 70001U 20999A 20045.90669209 -.00003661 11577-4 00000+0 0 03
2 70001 51.6126 237.7512 0072091 149.6237 210.9029 16.08438026 00

No good nighttime viewing opportunities in Europe and the US. Western Australia,
Indonesia and south America will have passes at the end of the 1st and start of
the 2nd revolution.
