I went to a good viewing area, clear views to the launch direction, even
with the mountains in the way. Still twilight but didn't see anything of the
launch at all. :( Just several airliners heading to points North and West, a
few flocks of honkers landing in the harbour. The near full moon reflecting
off the ocean looked good but i would have rather seen a launch. Oh well
i'll just have to settle for Starshine 3 to show up.
