Kodiak Star at 02:30 UT

    Hi all,
    
    A new launch time of 02:30 UT has been scheduled for Kodiak Star. Proton flux
    should be below the allowable limit by then. At this time, maybe something will
    be seen from the US west coast. The OAM (third stage) should stop its first burn
    at T + 17 min 04 sec. Here is a new computed TLE for a launch at 02:30 UT :
