OIG registration is now required to access any elsets.  The message reads:

"Do to the existing National Security Restrictions all users must be registered to access data on this site. 09/25/2001."

This means that direct access to files has ended. Apparently a special login is needed to access option3.zip and the NASA objects.  Everytheng else, such as grouptle.zip is gone.  

The 500 tle/day limit has not changed.
