ISS brightness observation

For anybody who is keeping track of ISS brightness an observation
Sep 20, 09 53:38 UT from cospar 8597. This was culmination at a
range of 697Km and a qsat phase angle of 60 degrees.
magnitude  -0.7. compared with Alpha Centauri (0.0) and
Mars (-0.5). This makes the magnitude corrected to standard range
between 0 and .05.
