USA 160 r 2nd Pass

I observed the later second, and higher elevation, pass by USA 160 r and
it's trailing objects. This time i saw the rocket, with my 10x50s as it
passed below (N) Polaris, i waited a bit and saw 2 trailing objects, much
dimmer this time and got a timing of the second object of 08:11:51 10 Sep
UTC +/- 3 sec about 6 deg below (N) Polaris. I did not see the reported 3rd
object.
