Report time 11:20 UTC

1975-076B (#08128) Cosmos 756 RB

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Sept 06, 09:57 UTC - shows the decay on
                   06 September, 09:51 UTC +/- 07 minutes (39.1°N, 287.2°E)
on an ascending pass over the Atlantic.

MPM + REENTRY delivers finally with the ELSETs 01249.100... - 01249.233...
the decay 06 September, 09:59 UTC +/- 11 minutes (57.75°N, 293.61°E)
on the same pass over Labrador.
But now the reality: As I have supposed and mentioned before there was a
possible visibility in New York and Baltimore area. Around 09:54 UTC a lot of
people saw the brilliant firework of the reentry....
