    I didn't find any elements yet for this launch.  
    
    I need them urgently because the Belgian National State television is going
    to do an interview with me so I can give them accurate information about
    observation opportunities.
    
    Congratulations to Verhaert(which is the manufacturer of Proba) and ISRO
    for there succesfull PSLV launch !
