I picked up good voice from Soyuz TM-33 on 121.75 MHz at 1505.00-1510.55 UT 
in Stockholm, Sweden. It seems to me that this is about 5-6 minutes ahead 
of the time indicated by Agapov's elset. What am I doing wrong?
