    Thanks to Edward Light for the tip. At my location I show passes on Oct. 17
    at 23.10.35 UTC and on Oct. 18 at 23.31.57 UTC. With an altitude of less
    than 100 miles and traveling several degrees per second is should be
    interesting to see. Not knowing for sure which way to view, I plan to have
    someone with me to watch naked eye while I use 10 X 50 binoculars.
