At 4AM, low in the SSE is another star, namely Sirius, the brightest star in the sky. Especially when it is still low in the sky and because of its extreme brightness, it has been known to flash in all colors, from blue to red and green! This can actually be so extreme that it can look like the star is moving and has thus been believed to be a UFO!
