    I have culmination at 18:48:02 using elset 2001/10/11 04:26:42, but no
    object close to that position within +-4.5 min and below 500 km elevation.
    It entered shadow just before gamma Pegasi at 18:49:23, no LEO there either.
    Can you specify better where the spike occurred?
    
    At 18:48:14, ESSA 8 #03615 was 2.2 degrees below ISS
