2001-045C(#26938) Raduga 1-6 Proton 3.Stage "Platform" aka casing

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Oct 07, 15:59 UTC - showed
the decay on 
  07 October, 12:02 UTC +/-48 minutes (49.4°N, 143.3°E)
on a northbound pass over Sakhalin.

MPM+ REENTRY delivers now including the last ELSET 01280.424...
the decay on 
  07 October, 12:00 UTC +/- 22 minutes (46.26°N, 132.25°E)
on the same pass over NE China.
There are only very minor changes against SPACECOM'S and my own 
2 HOURS BERFORE DECAY prediction.
