Obs oct 6; 94-24B accellerates!

    With a last-quarter moon and a lot of moisture in the air 
    the sky wasn't quite as dark as one hoped for.

    Seems to accellerate! Based on my 5 obs this year (july, august
    and oct) it had a maximum period of almost 12 sec at the end
    of july; dropped to 11.5 by August 14 and now 9.23 sec.
