    I'll post the details later but last night I picked up Superbird A just in 
    time to see the end of the phase shift.  For the record it was at 03:20 UTC, 22 
    November.  The peak flashes were +1.0 or brighter.

    I also observed a tumling ETS 6 but I need to recheck the times to see if 
    there were any repeating patterns.  It was near the +11.5 limiting mag.
