SpaceCom's new update - prepared Mar 03, 17:39 UTC - shows the decay on
                      03 March, 05:33 UTC +/- 08 hours   (06.2°N, 49.3°E)
on a northbound pass over NE Africa.
MPM delivers with the ELSETs  00063.127... - 00063.679...  the decay on
                      03 March, 06:13 UTC +/- 22 minutes (06.2°N, 209.0°E)
on the descending pass over the Pacific.
