Gorizont 23 obs Feb 27

    After a half-clouded day, it cleared just after dark.
    I observed Gorizont 23 in two intervals.
    In the first it was faint and I missed or didn't time several
    flashes. After the last timed flash I didn't see the sat for about
    10 minutes.
    After writing down the times I did another session and now the sat
    was much brighter with even one mag 4 flash.
