Hi Björn, You might try going to http://liftoff.msfc.nasa.gov/RealTime/JTrack/3D/JTrack3D.html Set your system date back to the time of your observation, rotate the earth to your location, and zoom in a bit (presuming that the objects were likely in low earth orbit). You can click on a satellite, and the applet will identify it for you.
