Obs Feb 25 (with Gorizont 23)

    A clear, not so cold evening.
    Thanks to Kurt Jonckheere, who alerted me, I observed Gorizont 23.
    Much easier than Raduga 27 as it was much brighter.

    Timings: 35.29 74.59 sec. One flat maxima not timed.
    
    90- 50 C 03-02-25 18:49      LB                       S, 7, with 90-50 D + E
    Saw this NOSS 2-1 trio while looking for another sat.
    Faint on a low westerly pass.

    8th flash not seen. Flashes were alternating bright and dimmer,
