Space Calendar lists the Milstar Titan+Centaur launch
(with notation "updated Feb 18") as scheduled now for
March 21, about three nights after full Moon.

Re: Possibly flashing geosynch 80-004A, 11669,
Fleetsatcom 3 -- Since I received that report a while
back, I've tried unsuccessfully a number of times to
    see it with my 10x50s.

Unfavorable weather here -- about one favorable night
per week lately, usually Monday evenings. Thursday we
got 7 to 10 cm (3 to 4 inches) of rain, last I heard.
Last Sunday night was very nice.
