    I found this mail, and verified it is now beginning dual visibility from USA
    and Europe for a very long time (just 11 deg for me still)
    
    Perhaps this could also be a target for simultaneous timings as Kurt
    suggested.
    
    If some observers with a better view could determine when bright flashes are
    visible, this will certainly help me and others.
