    Paul, the local paper said they were launching two rockets
    this week. One would go to 14,000 feet and the other one
    may go higher.  Wow.

    some sort of new commercial satellite launch site
    opening in Willacy County (about 50 files north of
    Brownsville, Texas)  they may start test launches
    this month!  is this for real?  how big will these
    rockets be?
