Dear Seesaters,
I realized already some time ago that center europeans
rarely (or never?) have a chance to watch a Soyuz or Progress
approaching the ISS for docking. I doubt that is simply bad luck.
Does anybody know the lighting or groundstation coverage
constraints for a russian docking manoeuvre?

Help would be appreciated!
