There was hole in the clouds at the right time and at 02:24:17 3 Feb UTC +/-3 sec i saw the Progress M-47 rocket (SL-04 R/B) #27682 03006B make a fast and bright, mag 2, pass high above. Due to clouds estimate Az 350deg El 70 deg. Progress M-47 #27681 0300A was due to follow within a minute however nothing was seen due to clouds. The below elset for the rocket gave me a predicted peak pass at 02:25:10 so it was almost a minute early.
