    On the 2004-53 launch no 'platform' or 4th stage casing was catalogued.
    This was also a Glonass launch.

    On other Proton launches there normally is a 4th stage casing catalogued.

    Spacetrack has the A, B and D object as 28915, 28916 and 28918;
    the G object as 28921; the other objects not yet assigned but logic
    would be C=28917; E=28919 and F=28920.

    I haven't see a decaydate on the G object.
    In the 7 day catalogue change only the launch date is mentioned;
    there are no decays listed.
