    Hi Leo and list,

Obviously Space-Track got the wrong ID for the Proton third stage. They call
it Object G but it should be Object D, the third stage. It is announced as
    decayed on Dec. 25.
Could it be the "platform"? There is always an object like this on a Proton
    launch.
