Unless I was looking at the wrong object,
    Meteor 1-17 (07274, 74-025A) was varying a
lot earlier tonight, from as bright as +3.0 to
invisible. I wasn't expecting such behavior
and didn't get stopwatch clicks and wasn't able
to get a sense of how regular the variations
were. The one PPAS report was steady, and I
think so were the two obs I found that Russell
Eberst reported. I was observing from the Ney
    Museum site.
