I had for once reasonably clear weather, and the Moon had entered behind trees on my favourite observing location for objects low WNW- NNE. The second that my scope was aligned for USA 129,as early as (!) 10 minutes in advance, a satellite passed in the opposite direction. I believe it was Meteor 3-3 , at 15 deg NNE, but the stopwatch press I thought I made, was not to find. A brighter sat passed at nearly correct time (+55s on 05313 elset) and speed, but slightly too high. 24680 96 072A 5919 F 20051217165411440 18 25 1018819+440114 97 S 24680 96 072A 5919 F 20051217165414840 18 25 1021964+440331 19 S Björn -- COSPAR 5919, MALMA, 59.2576 N, 18.6172 E, 23 m -- -- COSPAR 5918, HAMMARBY, 59.2985 N, 18.1045 E, 44 m -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
