I'm not sure whether this is what you want but my SatCal program can display (half) the angle between the direction of the Sun and the direction toward the observer as viewed from the satellite. Given a particular orientation of a satellite surface (inertial or local attitude) it can also display the flare angle which is the angle between the orientation of this surface and the ideal orientation to cause a maximum flare at the observer's location. Or it can do the opposite e.g. displaying the orientation a surface would have to show in order to cause a flare. SatCal does not produce a list of those angles but displays them as you time-step your way along.
