I have obtained a new mail address @glocalnet.net (which is the same company that many years ago acquired the @algonet.se address I have had since 1994) My old address (b_gimle) now receives 75-100 spam mails/day, and it will be interesting to see how long it takes to build up that volume again, and whether it helps not to spell out the full address in mail text. (My ISP still requires the return address to be valid!) I have moved my SeeSat-L suscription already, and will stop reading b_gimle when "all" personal friends know of the change. (I know I did receive software tips in the SPAM thread around Oct.24, but I want to avoid downloading those mails to have them examined, filtered or blocked) The first part of my NEW address is bg_26934, as in Björn Gimle underscore USA 161 01-044A. My work address (@tietoenator.com) should not be used for private messages. In cases when someone offers to send a megabyte class file, I have my broadband mail to suggest.
