    Using Skymap and the geosat file from Spacetrack I was able
    to ID the sat I saw this morning.
    It is Cosmos 1940, 19073, 1988-34 A.
    
    So the correct PPAS report is:
    88- 34 A 05-12-02 03:51:38.10LB 1204.2 0.2  90 13.380 FF, 5->i, some 4, some 
    6
    
    Still didn't figure out why I didn't see Superbird A as it was just a little 
    bit to the
    southwest of Cosmos 1940.
