Thanks for all those that have responded so far.

Two things:

1) How bright in standard stellar magnitude is the full moon at an average
POINT on its surface?

2) Has anyone on this list ever seen a shadow caused by a iridium flare? If
so, please describe the conditions and your perception of the phenomenon.
