Thanks very much to Björn Gimle's suggestion on where to look, last night I was able to observe Intelsat 512 (16101). It was 5:49:45-5:55:27 UTC, approximately RA 8:51-8:56 (2000). The brightest flashes might have been +4.0; it was tricky to judge them with the moonlight and very thin cirrus. It's quite similar to Superbird A (89-041A, 20040), just rotating somewhat more slowly. I think it flashes about 12-13 minutes later each night. Here's a PPAS report: 85- 87 A 02-12-21 05:55:27.2 EC 341.9 0.2 20 17.09 +4.5->inv Site was E. Ney Museum grounds, 30.307N, 97.727W, 150m. Earlier, 3:51:25 to 3:58:00, I watched Superbird A from outside my apartment. Earlier than that was a pair of flares from Iridium 19, antenna followed by much brighter solar panel, and soon after than Iridium 51 "?" was visible about +2 or +3 for almost a minute it seemed. First was another easy, impressive pass of UFO 2 Rk (22788, 93-056B). I also managed to see USA 102 (23031, 94-071B) using binoculars; its flashes were fairly bright for it being low in the WNW.
