1984-085D (#15188) MOLNIYA 1-62 RB 2

SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Dec 20, 17:48 UTC - shows the
decay on
20 December 17:04 UTC +/- 07 minutes (43.3°S, 297.7°E)
descending over the Atlantic near the coast over Argentina.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the last ELSET 02354.6396...
(SFX 195, ap 015) the decay
20 December, 17:02 UTC +/- 11 minutes (37.29°S, 292.04°E)
also southbound over Argentina.

It was a very difficult decayer. SCC produced a lot of strange
ELSET'S reflecting tracking difficulties for this high 
eccentricity object.
