    Hi All,

Managed to log nearly 2 hours of "flash watch" time on Superbird A
last night. After computing the new spin axis (and flipping it around
180 degrees to make cone angles and times increase and decrease together),
I determined that I covered the cone angles from 110-124 degrees. (There
were no flashes brighter than magitude +8). Tonite I'll try to cover
some of the angles from 90 to 110.

For those that keep track of such things (e.g. Bjorn) the new
axis is RA 9.3533h, Dec +7.395 deg, cone angle 89.97 deg (i.e. 90 deg).
Precession rate remains .0405 degrees per day.

Some predicted phase shift times tonite (Thursday local, Friday UT):

    San Fran: 3:33 UT
    Seattle: 3:34
    Los Angeles: 3:35 UT
    Denver: 3:42
    Austin, TX: 3:46
    Chicago: 3:50:30
    Washington, D.C.: 3:55:30
    New York City: 3:56
    Boston: 3:57

    Cheers,
    Rob
