Another high (76 degree) pass by the soon to re-enter Integral rocket, this
time in fairly bright twilight and only 142 miles up. It was dodging in and
out of clouds, so I couldn't get a tumble period, but the brightness ranged
from +1 to -1. It appeared rather dramatically from behind an overhead cloud,
moving rapidly to the southeast. Time was 00:24 UT December 8.
