Ulash, Gorizont 14 is not visible from India at the moment.
I have sent by personal e-mail to Ulash HIGHFLY predictions
for all the objects in my geoflsh file. This currently includes
SuperbirdA . You obviously cant see the flashes around 0300UT.
As has already been discussed these only occur over a 20 minute
interval. Other satellites include TDF-2 and ETS-6 which like
SuperbirdA only have short flashing sessions.
Curiously enough none of the 6 Gorizont satellites in the list
are above the horizon during the night.
