Observed a flare at 00.56.15 UTC while just star watching naked eye
approx. 5 degrees west of Cebalrai ( beta Ophiuchus) going up. For 10
seconds was as bright as Vega. A search of the alldat.tle with findsat
appears to be Cosmos 1670 #15930. Did I see somebody else post a sighting
    of this sat flaring ?
