The OIG server appears to have been down almost continuously since about 21 h UTC on Thursday. It was up briefly on Friday, at 16:25 h UTC. I checked for USA 159 r elements later than epoch 01226.28993968, but there were none. ISS elements looked to be fairly current; I recall two elsets on epoch day 01229. I phoned the OIG phone number (301-286-6449) yesterday in search of an explanation of the problem, but received only an uninformative message. I tried it again just now, but the phone did not answer at all.
