    I checked our database, and it seems I had incorrectly flagged Ir 18 as an
    unreliable flarer (non-operational). I have now checked the status of the
    the Iridium satellites against the list on the VSOHP, and also checked the
    mean motions which is always 14.342... for operational satellites.
    
    Iridium 18 should now start appearing in the Heavens-Above predictions.
