I just had a spectacular pass by ISS with the shuttle docked to it. As it
came in out of the West, the magnitude wasn't that great, Arcturus was
brighter, however once it got directly overhead, 86deg elevation, it started
to shine and then at 05:02:56 13 Aug UTC it reached a mag of -5 at least and
remained so for the next 30 sec until just before it went into shadow. A
    very nice pass indeed,
Perseids will have a tough time matching it.
