Report time 11:50 UTC 1979-011A (#11266) Cosmos 1076 After a more then 12 hours interruption between SPACECOM and OIG now we have fresh ELSET'S and the 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared 10:37 UTC - shows the decay 10 August, 12:49 UTC +/- 02 hours (42.4°S, 217.5°E) on a northbound pass over the Pacific. MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET 0122.417... the decay on 10 August, 13:42 UTC +/- 22 minutes (01.12°N, 30.33°E) on a descending pass over Central Africa. But this is a quick result.
